Episcopalians 101
Most of our congregation is made up of people who come to us from other traditions, or no tradition at all. We hold this 6 part series every year, inviting newbies as well as old-timers who would like to explore the peculiarities of being an Episcopalian Christian.
The
format of these 45 minute session consists of a 20 minute video on a
variety of topics, followed
by discussion led by the Rev. LeeAnne Watkins. As always, we are
not a congregation oriented to say what is 'right' or 'wrong' about
anything, so who you are and your experiences will of course be valued.
Still, there is a peculiar ethos about the way Episcopalians view
scripture and theological things that is nice to know, and we will be
spinning that out in these sessions. Come for one or all or as
many as you can!
